Re-licencing after Return Abroad

Postby Stephan » Sun, 2013-07-14 16:43

Hi Guys

I've been living in the UK for the last 15years. I will be going home soon, while I was preparing paper work etc. I came across an article that said all Guns had to be re-licenced by 31 March 2009. Which I didn’t do as I wasn't in Country and have proof to prove that I’ve been living abroad. Is it too late to renew my old Green firearm licence now? Will I face prosecution for not doing so in time? What steps must I take now to correct this?
I'd very much appreciate your help

Because of a court case which is still pending, your old ("green") licence remains valid.

You can't renew at this stage, but you also don't need to, so don't worry.
What have YOU done for YOUR rights today?

Hi Guys
Is this 'pending' status with old green ID still valid [25/06/2014] ??
