WAITING AND WAITING

Postby don » Mon, 2009-06-29 09:53

G’day all.
New here so hope my quest has not been asked and answered.
Did all my relicensing in time with all requirements but have been waiting more than 3yrs.
The only ans i ever get is that my application is at the NPA.
Can anyone tell me please what my legal status is, seeing as it is not me responsible for being unlicensed after tomorrow?
Are there any lawyers willing to start a class action suit for what must be thousands others like me?
What must one do?

If you have applied for relicencing, your current licences stay valid. That's always been the case.

Also, the Pretoria High Court has ruled that your old licences stay valid anyway. It's on the front page of this website and hopefully in all the papers.
