Country already lawless

I refer to the article "President denies SA is heading for lawlessness" (Cape Argus, August 28). I was wondering if the president is living in the same country as the rest of us? But then, we don't have bodyguards and the like.

The country will not be plunged into lawlessness as we are there already, with the powers that be doing nothing about it but talking up a storm.
